Yevgeny Samokhleb
Yevgeny Samokhleb is a partner at the firm with a focused practice in immigration law, particularly in the EB-5 investment immigration field. Since entering practice in 2011, he has built extensive experience representing immigrant investors, EB-5 project developers, and regional centers navigating the complex requirements of the program. Mr. Samokhleb earned his J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Gregory V. Bitterman
Gregory V. Bitterman is a partner of the firm and brings 40 years of legal experience as of 2026. He concentrates his practice in real estate, business law, and criminal defense, offering clients seasoned legal insight and practical solutions. Mr. Bitterman earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and was first admitted to practice in 1986. He is licensed in New York State and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York. His leadership and experience continue to be a cornerstone of the firm’s trusted reputation.
